He has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property, agricultural property, residential estates and receiverships, commercial lending and corporate restructuring. He acts for Financial Institutions, Credit Unions, PLCs, and SMEs and Farm Partnerships. Franklin Audissey also has an extensive private client practice and acts for private clients in the purchase, sale and mortgaging of residential property, family law, wills and trusts.
